Job Description

Texas Oasis is currently looking for a full-time Drainage and Landscape Manager who can sell, bid, and oversee Texas Oasis’s drainage and landscape projects.

Position Description
Responsible for developing and fostering client relationships for Texas Oasis projects. Represents the company and provides excellent customer service to clients. Bids drainage and landscape projects and oversees project completion, in coordination with the Landscape Architect.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent customer service delivery

• Friendly and honest personality

• Able to work individually and manage their own work

• Strong computer skills and able to learn new computer programs

• Minimum of five years experience selling and bidding drainage and landscape projects

 

Responsibilities

• Responds to client inquiries about drainage and landscape projects via email or phone

• Develops relationships with new and existing clients

• Provides initial in-person consultation to determine client and project needs

• Develops drainage bids based on client needs including drainage plan, materials, and budget estimate

• Coordinates with the Landscape Architect to communicate landscape project needs and develop bids

• Manages own schedule and the schedule of drainage and landscape crews

• Clearly communicates project expectations to crews and oversees the quality of crew work

• Provides excellent customer service to the client throughout the project

• Tracks any project changes and clearly articulates these changes and their impact to the client

• Reports directly to the Executive Director
